Rolegrove is a Jamaican employment marketplace built around trust: real employers, honest listings, and privacy you control.
What we believe
- You can browse without registering. Searching, opening and saving jobs never needs an account.
- Listings tell the truth. Who posted it, when it was first published, when we last confirmed it’s open — and “Not disclosed” when pay isn’t shared.
- Employers are checked before they can publish. Verified employers carry a badge with words, not just a colour.
- Your privacy is yours. Employers never get a list of people who viewed their jobs, and job seekers are not publicly discoverable unless they choose.
- Free for job seekers. We charge businesses for recruiting tools, not people looking for work.
How it fits together
Rolegrove Jobs is the public marketplace and your personal job-search account. Rolegrove Hire is where employers recruit. Rolegrove Teams is a private career portal for a company’s own staff. They are separate on purpose: your employer can’t see your personal job search just because you use Teams.
