Help & questions
Quick answers about browsing, trust and safety. Can’t find yours? Report an issue and we’ll look.
Do I need an account to search or open a job?
No. You can search, filter, open jobs, share them and save them on your device without signing up. Create a profile when you want to apply or keep saved jobs across devices.
How do I know a job is real?
Look for the “Verified employer” badge and read the “Source & freshness” box on every job. If something looks wrong, report the listing. Never pay to get a job — here’s how to spot a scam.
What does “Verified employer” mean?
We checked that the business is real and that the person publishing can act for it. It doesn’t guarantee that every claim on a company page has been independently confirmed.
What does “Source-linked” mean?
Rolegrove found the job somewhere else — an employer careers page, a newspaper classified, a government site — and linked to it. We name the source and show when we last confirmed it. We don’t claim the employer is verified unless it is.
What happens when I choose “Apply on employer website”?
You go to the employer’s own site to finish applying. Rolegrove can’t see whether you complete it, so we never mark it as applied or guess the outcome.
Why does a job say “Not disclosed” for pay?
The employer didn’t share a figure. We never estimate or invent pay.
What do “posted” and “last confirmed active” mean?
“Posted” is when the vacancy was first published — it doesn’t reset when we see it again. “Last confirmed active” is the last time the employer or Rolegrove checked it’s still open. If we couldn’t confirm it, the page says so.
Can employers see which jobs I viewed or saved?
No. There is no list of viewers, and saved jobs are private to you. Guests’ saved jobs never leave their device.
How does sharing work?
Share a public job by copy link, WhatsApp, your phone’s share sheet or a QR code. Only the public link and job title are used — nothing about you.
Does Rolegrove cost anything?
Searching, saving and applying are free for job seekers.
