Privacy policy
What Rolegrove collects, why, and the choices you have — in plain language.
Browsing without an account
You can search and read jobs without signing in. We don’t build a profile of what you browse, and employers are never shown who viewed their jobs. Jobs you save as a guest are stored only in your browser on your device. Ordinary server logs (such as the time of a request) are kept for security and reliability.
If you create an account
We store what you give us — such as your name, email, saved jobs and anything you add to your profile. Your profile is private by default. Employers can only find you if you turn discovery on, and you can exclude any employer, including your current one. Applying shares only what you review and confirm.
Cookies and similar storage
- A sign-in cookie, only after you sign in.
- Your light/dark theme choice, saved jobs (guests) and hidden employers, kept on your device.
- No advertising trackers.
Sharing links
When you share a public job, only its public web address and title are used to make a short link or QR code. Nothing about you is sent.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data from your privacy centre. We designed these controls with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020 in mind. Information you have already shared with an employer may remain with that employer, and we say so before you share.
