Accessibility statement
Rolegrove should work for everyone, on any device, with or without assistive technology.
Our target
We design to WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard operation, visible focus, descriptive labels, logical headings, 44-pixel touch targets, readable contrast in light and dark themes, and status shown with words and icons — never colour alone.
What’s in place
- A “Skip to content” link and landmarks on every page.
- Dialogs and filter panels trap focus, close with Escape and return focus.
- Pages work at 390 px wide without sideways scrolling, and respond to your device’s light/dark setting.
- Employers can share accessibility information on a job, and you can filter for it.
Known gaps
We have not yet run a full automated audit or a screen-reader review of every page. Treat the list above as our intent and progress, not a certified result.
