About the role
Be the friendly face and first voice for members at our Kingston head office: deposits, enquiries, loan questions and small problems solved on the spot. Full paid training; three vacancies.
- Serve members at the counter and by phone, accurately and without rushing
- Process deposits, withdrawals and account updates within credit-union policy
- Explain products plainly and refer loan questions to the right colleague
- Balance your till and complete end-of-day reports
