About the role
Supervise a shift of 25 warehouse staff at our Newport West facility, keeping people safe, stock accurate and trucks loaded on time. Three vacancies across day and night shifts.
- Run the shift: allocate crews, check safety briefings and sign off loads
- Keep stock counts accurate and resolve discrepancies the same day
- Coach team members and escalate performance issues fairly
- Report incidents and near-misses within the hour
Requirements

- 3+ years in warehouse or logisticsAt least 1 year supervising
- Valid forklift licence or willingness to certifyTraining paid
